Deployed on-chain. This contract is a plain ERC-20 — the burn/tax fee market from RescueCapitalToken.sol is not present on this deployment.

What the code enforces, before any parameters are chosen

Base fee — burned

Every transfer pays a base fee that is destroyed, not collected. It is not a fixed tax: it floats each hourly epoch toward a target transfer volume, moving at most 1/8 per epoch — the same adjustment rule Ethereum's base fee uses against block fullness. Floor 0.01%, ceiling 2%.

Priority fee — treasury tip

A fixed tip (default 0.05%, hard-capped at 0.25%) routes to the treasury, the validator analog. With no treasury set, the tip is skipped entirely and only the burn applies.

Fee exemptions

The rescue pool, LP router and treasury can be marked fee-exempt so protocol settlement is not taxed for using itself. Exemptions are frozen by sealFeeParams().

Burn & supply

burn() stays holder-initiated on top of the automatic base-fee burn. mint() is owner-only and permanently disabled by sealMinting(); once sealed, burn is the only supply force, so real volume makes RSQ net deflationary.

Parameter finality

sealFeeParams() irreversibly freezes the tip, the volume target and the exemption set. The base fee keeps floating on its own — nobody can retune the market afterwards.

Launch checklist
Every step is still open — nothing below has been executed

1. Fix the supply schedule and vesting, and pick the constructor's target epoch volume — that target is what the burned base fee floats around.

2. Audit RescueCapitalToken.sol, then deploy from your own wallet on Sepolia first.

3. Send me the address and I set VITE_RSQ_TOKEN_ADDRESS; this page then reads supply, transfer state and balances live.

4. Set the treasury, mark the pool and LP router fee-exempt, mint to treasury, seed RSQ/USDC liquidity, call enableTransfers(), then sealFeeParams() once the market settles.
